We bow happily as we win award after award for our advertising, but that's not why we create it. It's because we cant help ourselves. (Hint: we live for this.)

We use objectives, credible media sources, special events, podium presence, research/white papers and other proven techniques. Hire Korn Hynes today — and see yourselves in print or on TV tomorrow.
From the most prestigious office towers in Boston (International Place) to the most exciting residential developments in the Northeast Corridor (Sterling Properties) — Korn Hynes has made something of a specialty of the high-end commercial and residential real estate markets.
We've staffed up with real estate expert Michael Levine at the head our Real Estate Division, and boy, is it sizzling around here. If you're a building, you're probably not reading this but if you own, plan to own, manage or plan to manage a building in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Massachusetts, you'd better call Mike Levine. And start building something big.
Today's consumers live in an immediate and interactive universe. As a result, they expect a high degree of interactivity — as well as immediate responsiveness — in their commercial interactions. At Korn Hynes, we harness the power of metrics to help you create the interactivity and immediate responsiveness that your brand's customers demand. We have a profound understanding (if we do say so ourselves) of customer-centricity and of how to create consumer action.
Our Web and Direct teams devour all the research, digest all the best practices and continually evolve to stronger, better, faster methodologies. All so that we can put our clients at the foreground of the interactive world, and on the cutting edge of what their consumers want.
Now, here's a little secret well share with you: creative-driven agencies like Korn Hynes salivate over web design assignments. Why? Because there is no more creative project on this or any other planet than designing a Web site. Part print ad, part billboard, part TV, part audio, part deep narrative, part slide show, part white paper — a Web site is a dimensional, creative hybrid worthy of the highest concepts, the most forward designs, the most persuasive copy.
Guided and informed by deep research, best practices and key metrics, we design high-powered, exciting, robust Web sites that inspire customer action and deliver profitable results.
We love designing amazing Web sites. We'll love designing yours.
At Korn Hynes, we treat integrated marketing as both king and pope. Which means that you'll find the tenets of direct in everything we do. Using data collection and analysis, we produce spot-on creative that reflects our total embrace of the customer-centric mindset. We build campaigns from our acquisition and understanding of highly detailed information about our clients, their customers, their competition and the on- and off-line environments in which they all live. We utilize direct methodology in on- and off-line campaigns, new media, Web builds and online advertising.
At Korn Hynes we measure — and fine tune to unrealistic perfection — the results of our campaigns. Because effectiveness is at the core of everything we do.
So, do we sound obsessed?
